Claudia is the Chief Executive Officer of Surplus Service. 


With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and nursing, our services would not be accessible to multiple industries without her dedication to Individuals and need for sustainable handling sophisticated equipment. 


As a graduate nurse and staff RN for medical/surgical floor, she received critical care training and progressed to a mentor/preceptor for new nurses. Working ICU’s in various local hospitals, providing care for critically ill patients including cardiac and medical patients, ventilators, central lines, and life support. 


Presently Claudia is a Special Procedures Staff RN for Kaiser Permanente, providing conscious sedation to outpatient surgery patients including pre/intra/postoperative care as well as Chief Executive Officer of Surplus Service overseeing the financial, operations, hiring and firing employees of the business.

Lou’s prior executive experience includes managing businesses with global P&L’s from $50 million to $1+ billion in revenue and over 100 people for electronics, tech, plastics, medical and contract manufacturing. 


Executive positions with Xerox, General Electric, and Sanmina serves in various positions for strategy and service. 


Growing businesses 300% and 3x their stock share values.

Steve is VP of Business Development for Surplus Service.  In his role, Steve is responsible for leading our commercial strategy. 


Previously, Steve had a distinguished 18- year career at GE Healthcare where he held a variety of General Management roles in Regional and Zone Sales, Alternate Channels, Commercial Operations & Programs, Sales Quality and Product Sales & Marketing. Steve served as the Vice President of Corporate National Accounts for Siemens Medical Systems where he led Siemens sales strategy to all GPOs, IDNs, for-profit and not-for-profit health systems. Prior to joining Surplus Sales, Steve held a number of Medical Device VP and General Management positions in Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging and Radiation Therapy. 


Most recently, Steve was the Chief Commercial Officer of VIZI Healthcare and prior to that was the Western US VP of Sales for Accuray, Inc. where he led sales of the Tomotherapy and CyberKnife products and created Accuray’s Alternate Channel Distribution model.

Anthony is a seasoned operational leader with over 20 years of experience in driving operational excellence in high-level non-profit and start-up organizations. 

Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, having served as both Plant Manager at Goodwill of Silicon Valley where he oversaw the operational, logistics and sales flow between operations and 21 retail stores, increasing sales by over 30% year over year, and Site 3 Manager at Google where he managed high-level projects and ran several different facilities. Anthony’s impressive track record of success in leading large to small organizations make him a valuable asset to our organization. Throughout his career, Anthony has developed a reputation as a visionary leader who can effectively navigate complex organizational landscapes, and deliver measurable results. 

He is a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a passionate advocate for social change. We are proud to have Anthony as a member of our leadership team, and we look forward to the contributions he will make to our organization's continued success.

With 15+ years in contract manufacturing, Min has developed core competencies in business operations, project management, and quality control. He has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies to bring ideas to reality, beginning with prototypes to mid-volume production to high-volume production, ranging from simple to complex devices out into the market. His knowledge in ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 13485 (Medical Device), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management), has helped obtain the highest level of quality control. 


Min has successfully held various managerial positions for companies in different industries. These responsibilities have shaped him to lead others in continuously setting objectives and reaching goals.


 Despite the pleasing track record achieved, he still felt a void in his career. That is when he decided to go back to school and pursue a degree in Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering Technology. During his tenure at school, he received a prestigious honor award for Innovation and Impact. 


As Min joined the organization in 2019, he has managed to expand his strategic capabilities by leading the organization through ISO and R2 (now R2V3) audits, while handling all Medical and Laboratory equipment repairs and refurbishments. Min has recently obtained the DRIC (Direct Representative in Charge) certificate in collaboration with the Board of Pharmacy for the organization. 


Through his perseverance, he continues to broaden his portfolio of professional knowledge and skill sets to be a valued key player in the industry.

Kevin has 5 years of experience in manufacturing and prototyping. Starting in the manufacturing industry as an Assembly Technician, he was promoted to Engineering Technician after only a short amount of time. 


He enjoys the challenges of developing equipment and troubleshooting unique fixtures, making him the credible professional to handling our specialty equipment. 


With high positions at Intuitive Surgical, Kevin has gone beyond his engineering and shows heartfelt value in training new technicians and ensuring proper function of his department.

Pedro was presented with the 2017 University of California Entrepreneur Winner award by Janet Napolitano, the US Secretary of Homeland Security. 1.3 million organizations' data were indexed by SmileyGo, which also had users in 30 different nations. Pedro established Pan Peru USA in 2018, a business that encourages women to start their own businesses. KPMG, Bristol-Myers Squibb, MSCI, Western Union, and First Republic Bank have helped Pan Peru grow from 1 to 100 women made stronger. In 2019, Pedro co-authored a book alongside CEO of Silicon Graphics Jorge Titinger, which also included contributions from Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google, Reed Hastings, CEO of Netflix, and Dan Schulman (PayPal CEO). Anita Sands, a board director for ServiceNow, provided the introduction, and Pat Gelsinger, the CEO of Intel, wrote the preface for Pedro's book Differences That Make A Difference. 150 CEOs contributed to the book. His work won the title of #1 Business Book in the 2020 Latino International Book Award.
